General Information

Midland Independent School District Records Center is responsible for the permanent archiving of student cumulative records of former Midland ISD students. Cumulative records are maintained for students who attended schools from late 1900 to the present day. Records for each school the student attended may include a listing of classes completed, grades, test scores, immunization records and graduation status.

All requests for student records/transcript information will be submitted and paid for online. Phone and fax requests will no longer be accepted.

No same-day service is available.

Charges will apply when ordering student records. Please note the information below:

• All requests are processed electronically. If you are needing a paper copy mailed via USPS, please specify in the Special Instructions of your order. 
• If you are a K12 requesting SPED documents only, please select SPED from the list of schools when making your request.
  
• Please allow 10 business days to process student record orders
• Requests for information must be completed online and will be processed on normal business days during normal business hours (Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-4:00 PM). Click the appropriate link button to request information.

All requests will be checked for accuracy. Any inaccurate information may result in your record not being processed. All communication with regard to your order, payment, our progress, and the records delivery will be sent via email.
